A Look Ahead and Beyond

Aloha Airlines has been flying to the U.S. mainland for eight years and making customers from all over America and the world feel at home in our Islands for more than 60 years.
We recently expanded our marketing agreement with our longtime airline partner United Airlines. If you look at the new Aloha Airlines Route Network map on Pages 144 and 145, you’ll see red lines and blue lines that extend beyond the West Coast as far east as Chicago. The routes in red are operated by Aloha Airlines. While United operates the routes in blue, the marketing agreement between us, called code-sharing, enables you to shop for flights between United cities and Aloha cities on our AlohaAirlines.com Web site, or by calling our Hawaii-based reservations center. And don’t forget, when you fly on any of these routes, you can choose to earn mileage in the AlohaPass program or the United MileagePlus program.
With new marketing strength, we are unabashedly bullish about the Aloha Spirit and our ability to spread this feeling of caring and compassion wherever we fly.
Although we are a small company, we have big dreams. One of them is to continue to be one of the nation’s best airlines when it comes to on-time performance, baggage delivery and customer satisfaction. Another is to be the preferred airline at home and grow globally.
We hope to expand our route network to new places and continue to deliver a flying experience that’s safe, reliable,
convenient, easy to use, a good value and filled with the
Aloha Spirit.
EIn this quest, our most valuable asset is our people: the 3,600 team members who make us tick and keep on ticking. What I value most about them, and what makes them so good at what they do, is that they have heart, always caring about their fellow team members and our customers.
As we consider the possibilities for expansion, we keep in mind that Aloha is not only our name, it is our mission.
