Scramble
Egg Delight

7-8 slices
thick Shirokiya Family Bread
1 dozen eggs
1 cup milk
1 lb. bacon
2 cups shredded cheese salt/pepper to taste on egg
Fry bacon to crispy, cool, then crumble. Spray 9-by-13-inch
pan. Line pan with bread, take the crust off. Mix egg with
milk, pour over bread. Sprinkle bacon. Top with cheese. Refrigerate
overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Optional:
Add par-boiled chopped broccoli after bacon.

Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup
brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3 cups flour
1 cup chopped mac nuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Combine
first seven ingredients and mix with mixer, Add flour, continue
to mix together. Add nuts and chocolate chips, stir together.
Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes or till light brown.

1 loaf
French bread (cut in half, lengthwise)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium onion, finely diced
4-5 cloves garlic (pressed or chopped)
garlic salt paprika
Combine
mayonnaise, cheese, onion, garlic and garlic salt. Spread
mix on sliced French bread; sprinkle paprika on top. Warm
in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then broil till slightly
brown.
